Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for remote US work. You will drive yearly sales territory growth, develop strategies, and manage relationships with key OEM customers in refrigeration controls, compression projects, and enterprise services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or technical background, plus experience in refrigeration sales or related fields. Travel up to 30% is expected; salary ranges are competitive with incentives. Remote work available with company support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical field education/experience required.
Experience in refrigeration-related sales, service, engineering or product management.
Knowledge of consultative sales approaches and ability to communicate with technical and financial decision makers.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in sales to OEM refrigeration customers a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive year-over-year sales territory growth.
Support strategy development and execute OEM refrigeration sales to lower GWP refrigerants.
Build and nurture relationships with key customers and decision makers.
Identify growth opportunities across controls, compression projects and services.
Maintain customer profiles and opportunity funnels in Salesforce.
Travel up to 30%.
