ABB Inc. is hiring an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery. This remote role in the United States focuses on driving new business with OEMs in the industrial machinery market across ABB's Motion Drive Products portfolio.

You will develop growth strategies, identify top accounts, and work cross-functionally to expand market penetration and share of wallet. The position requires 8+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of VFDs, micro drives, PLCs, HMIs, and strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; 8+ years' experience OR associate degree with 10+ years' experience
• Proven business development and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business and growing revenue in competitive OEM markets
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation solutions, micro drives, PLCs, HMIs
• Knowledge of OEM business models and machinery applications such as material handling, conveying, and food and beverage processing machinery
• Strong skills in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US and be able to travel nationally

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery segments
• Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts and expand ABB's share of wallet
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM execution in Salesforce
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to build differentiated value propositions and support negotiations
