Hayward Flow Control is seeking an experienced OEM Account Manager to identify, develop, and manage key OEM accounts on the West Coast, leveraging deep technical expertise to expand our market presence.

You will lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and build long-term relationships with customers. Travel 30–50% and travel-intensive role with strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• 5+ years of successful technical sales or account management experience in flow control or industrial equipment
• Strong knowledge of thermoplastic materials and their applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key OEM accounts on the West Coast
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract and closing
• Provide technical guidance on valves, piping, actuation, and flow control products
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service to ensure successful specifications and order fulfillment
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
• Travel approximately 30–50% to visit OEM accounts and attend industry shows
