Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful technical sales or account management experience in flow control, fluid handling, piping systems, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of thermoplastic materials and their applications in OEM systems.
• Experience developing new OEM accounts and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.
• Ability to travel 30–50% to visit OEM accounts and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new OEM customers across industrial, water/wastewater, chemical processing, and life sciences sectors.
• Serve as a technical consultant, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service to ensure successful specification, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
