Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for a fully remote role in the US. You will develop and execute sales strategies across multiple channels, focusing on OEM refrigeration, controls, projects and software services, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Travel up to 30% is expected. You'll collaborate with End User and Aftermarket teams to drive territory growth, manage the Salesforce pipeline, and engage with both technical and financial decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field with experience in refrigeration-related sales or support.
• Experience in refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Knowledge of consultative selling.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify and define sales growth opportunities across Copeland products.
• Deliver territory sales and manage opportunities.
• Participate in forecast and pipeline processes.
• Develop relationships with customer sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing.
• Manage customer profile, contacts, and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 30%.
