Zusammenfassung

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to serve nursing programs across a defined U.S. territory.

You will build relationships with faculty, program directors, and deans, applying a consultative approach to position Lippincott solutions that improve teaching and NCLEX readiness. You will own your accounts, develop a strategic plan, balance prospecting with account management, and work from a home office with potential in-person visits

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years working in Account Management, Sales, or other equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and accounts with multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce to process, track, and organize client information.
