Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to serve nursing programs in a defined US territory. You will build trusted relationships with faculty and leadership, position evidence-based nursing education solutions, and drive growth through prospecting and account management.

You will own your territory, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers through discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage territory and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions to and collaborate with sales, order processing, and customer support teams.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce to process, track, and organize client information.
