Job summary

Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to cover a defined territory in Alabama. This home-office role focuses on consultative selling of Lippincott nursing education solutions to faculty and program leaders.

You’ll build relationships across nursing programs, develop a strategic plan for growth, and guide customers through discovery, solution alignment, and implementation with support from a Regional Sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years working in Account Management, Sales, or other equivalent experience.
Excellent communication (written & oral) and presentation skills.
Ability to manage own territory and accounts and monitor resources accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
Professional customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships.
Ability to uncover customer needs, identify business opportunities, and successfully close business.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle.
Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.
Handle add-on sales for clients.
Use the CRM system Salesforce to process, track, and organize client information.
