Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to drive growth across the Alabama territory. This field-based role supports nursing programs from a home office with travel up to 4 days a week.

You will build trusted partnerships with faculty and administrators, demonstrate solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to implementation. You will collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager and leverage Lippincott nursing education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of business, financials, products & services, and market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage own territory and accounts and allocate resources accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional customer-facing communication skills with credibility.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, identify opportunities, and close business.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn Wolters Kluwer products, sales tools, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support teams.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information.
