Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to manage a defined territory serving colleges and universities. Build trusted partnerships with nursing faculty and leaders, tailoring Wolters Kluwer’s nursing education solutions to enhance teaching, NCLEX readiness, and clinical preparation.

The role is remote from home, with up to 4 days of travel per week within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve objectives.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and accounts and manage deals through the cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and suggestions.
• Negotiate terms with customers.
• Report and collaborate with sales, order processing, and support teams.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track and organize client information.
