Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to manage a territory serving colleges and universities with nursing programs. You will build partnerships, drive growth, and guide customers through the full sales cycle from discovery to implementation, working from a home office with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage territory and accounts.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with ability to close business.
• Travel up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers with regard to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system Salesforce to process, track, and organize client information.
