Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to grow a defined territory of colleges and universities across the United States. You will build strong partnerships with nursing faculty and program leaders, manage the full sales cycle, and position Lippincott solutions to improve NCLEX readiness and clinical teaching outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage territory and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and accounts and drive deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account issues and solicit feedback and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Coordinate with sales, order processing, and customer support to implement solutions.
• Handle add-on sales for clients.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information.
