Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive education and personalized support on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. This remote role covers the East Coast region, partnering with field and internal teams to educate patients, HCPs, and advocacy groups about gene therapy and CSL Behring patient services.

The role requires BSN and 3–5 years of experience in hemophilia care or related health settings, with travel up to ~50% and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and current RN licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related organization, or health care system.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups about gene therapy.
• Ability to travel up to ~50% including evenings and weekends for advocacy events.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families/caregivers, healthcare professionals, nursing organizations, advocacy groups about gene therapy.
• Provide in-depth education to patients who are interested in learning more about gene therapy.
• Escalate clinical or medical inquiries to appropriate teams to ensure accurate and compliant responses.
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems to track activity and outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on CSL Behring programs for patients with bleeding disorders.
