Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive education on gene therapy across the patient journey and support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will be a trusted source of information on CSL Behring’s gene therapy programs and work within a field-based, regionally aligned team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or science required.
• 7–10 years in a hemophilia center, patient org or health system.
• Experience educating patients, families, HCPs and groups affected by rare diseases.
• Ability to translate complex scientific info into patient-friendly language.
• Deep understanding of insurance products and medication reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, families and professionals about gene therapy and CSL Behring programs.
• Lead regional services education efforts and define best practices for patient engagement.
• Collaborate with field-based colleagues to address barriers to patient access.
• Liaison with treatment centers and CSL case managers to support the patient journey.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and report insights to stakeholders.
