Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate and support the Hemophilia B community on gene therapy across the patient journey. You will be a key information source for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, guiding them through required steps and CSL Behring patient support options.

The role is remote across the East Coast region, with travel up to 50% to advocate and educate at events and clinics. A BSN and 3–5 years in a hemophilia setting are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related org, or health care system.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into patient-friendly language.
• Willingness to travel ~50%, including evenings/weekends for advocacy events.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to educate patients, families and healthcare professionals about gene therapy.
• Serve as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate, compliant information about gene therapy.
