Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive, patient-centered education on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, HCPs, and community members about gene therapy and be a trusted contact across the patient journey. Remote role covering the East Coast region.

You will lead regional education, collaborate with field colleagues, and escalate inquiries to ensure accurate, compliant responses while documenting outcomes in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into patient-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education efforts for patients, families, healthcare professionals and advocacy groups.
• Define best practices for patient engagement across the region.
• Coordinate with field teams to address barriers to patient access and support treatment journeys.
• Serve as a primary contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey and educate about CSL Behring programs.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with policies.
