Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive, personalized education and support on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, healthcare professionals, and community members and serve as a key contact throughout the gene therapy journey.

You will lead regional efforts to address barriers to patient access, collaborate with field and internal teams, and ensure compliant, timely communication while documenting interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a hemophilia treatment center or related health-care setting.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community groups affected by rare diseases.
• Ability to translate complex scientific/medical information into patient-friendly language.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including evenings and weekends for advocacy events.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to support services education to patients, families/caregivers, healthcare professionals, nursing organizations, advocacy groups.
• Serve as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Respond to inquiries to promote transparency and understanding of gene therapy.
• Provide in-depth education to patients interested in gene therapy.
• Escalate clinical inquiries to appropriate teams for accurate responses.
• Document interactions in CRM and track outcomes and metrics.
• Educate patients on CSL hemophilia products and services via phone, live/virtual meetings, and education programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on CSL Behring programs for patients in the bleeding disorders community.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to increase disease-state awareness and patient access.
• Offer feedback on workplans and propose innovative services to engage patients and community.
