CSL Behring seeks a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive support and education on gene therapy for the Hemophilia B community. You will educate patients, HCPs, and community members, guide potential candidates for gene therapy, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the patient journey.

The role involves regional education efforts, collaboration with field teams, and robust documentation to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center or related health care setting
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals and community groups on rare diseases
• Ability to translate complex medical information into patient-friendly language
• Ability to travel up to 50% including evenings and weekends
• Bi-lingual a plus; experience with bleeding disorders preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead regional education efforts for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on CSL Behring products and services.
• Respond to patient inquiries and escalate medical questions as needed.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to improve patient access.
