This field-based role covers the East Coast, partnering with regional teams and healthcare professionals to identify barriers, educate patients, and ensure compliant, timely information.

• Requires BSN nursing degree and licensure.
• 3–5 years in hemophilia treatment or patient-related healthcare.
• Ability to translate complex medical info into patient-friendly language.
• Approximately 50% travel, including evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regionally to educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about gene therapy.
• Be a familiar point of contact for patients throughout the journey.
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, compliant information.
• Educate patients on CSL Behring products and patient support programs.
• Document interactions in CRM and track outcomes and metrics.
• Collaborate with field teams to improve patient access and awareness.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
