Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Nurse Resource Navigator to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about gene therapy for Hemophilia B. This role leads regional education efforts and serves as a trusted contact throughout the gene therapy journey.

You will educate patients and providers, coordinate with field teams, and ensure compliant, timely responses to inquiries while documenting interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center, patient-related org, or health care system.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and medical information into patient-friendly language.
• Ability to travel ~50% including evenings and weekends for advocacy events.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to support services education to patients, families/caregivers, healthcare professionals, nursing organizations, advocacy groups.
• Serve as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene therapy journey.
• Educate patients, HCPs, and community members about gene therapy and CSL Behring programs.
• Escalate clinical or medical inquiries to appropriate teams and document interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide in-depth education about CSL hemophilia products and services via telephone, live/virtual meetings, and education programs.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to increase disease-state awareness and patient access.
