REMET is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northwest region across the United States to drive sales growth and expand market presence. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to maximize revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, at least 5 years in sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a territory/regional role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northwest territory.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, sales principles and market analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve territory revenue goals.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to support product launches.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities within the Northwest region.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff or representatives as needed to enhance team performance.
