Job summary

ConMet is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager for our Aftermarket team. This remote-based role focuses on Northwest markets (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY) and requires building relationships with OEM dealerships, distributors, and fleets to grow sales.

You will develop account roadmaps, educate customers on Replace vs. Rebuild strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to expand the product portfolio. Travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or business management
• 5+ years of business development experience in the automotive OEM industry
• Strong knowledge of NA heavy truck/trailer market
• Willingness to travel across the region and North America
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

• Execute lead-measure initiatives for market development and educate customers on Replace vs. Rebuild strategies
• Identify opportunities to support aftermarket products and solutions for customers
• Develop strategic roadmaps for key target accounts and coordinate with stakeholders
• Build relationships with OEM dealerships and distributors to achieve business objectives
• Provide regular feedback on market conditions and competitor activity
