Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a New Business Development Advisor to drive direct and indirect sales, develop channel partnerships, and lead go-to-market efforts for incubated solutions.

The role is full-time and virtual; travel to customer sites and events is expected. Salesforce proficiency and 7+ years in sales are required. Salary range is disclosed and office visits may be needed periodically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with 7+ years in related roles.
• Approximately 50% travel to client sites, partners and industry events.
• Strong background in consultative/solution sales and partner ecosystem development.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales pipeline practices; Salesforce.com required.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct and indirect sales, channel partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
• Recruit, enable, onboard and train referral partners, resellers, or system integrators.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
• Develop partner models including referral fees, revenue sharing, and co-marketing.
• Translate customer/market insight into actionable roadmap input.
