argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Neurology Franchise, supporting upcoming launches and indication expansion. You will partner with local TBMs to drive demand, engage healthcare professionals, and align customer strategies within the assigned geography.

Ideal candidates have strong neurology sales experience, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to manage territory plans and meet sales objectives while staying compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM.
