Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise in the United States. You will partner with local and regional teams to drive launches, build demand, and engage healthcare professionals and specialty providers across your geography.

The role requires field-based collaboration, travel, and a patient‑first mindset. Candidates should have a BS/BA and 5+ years in specialty sales, preferably neurology, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred; proven top sales performance.
• Territory residency required.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned geography, including overnights.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launches.
• Collaborate with TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet/exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM.
• Submit account plans and activity timely.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies.
