Job summary

argenx US is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking Territory Business Managers to drive launches and access strategies across the United States. You will partner with local and regional teams to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies, while helping shape market access for neurology indications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in specialty/rare disease sales with a strong track record of launches, and reside in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell collaboratively and succeed within a highly coordinated team environment.
• High level of clinical, product, and business acumen.
• Proven track record in neurology or specialty/rare disease sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
