Job summary

Jobtailor in Idaho is seeking a Network Support Specialist to remotely troubleshoot client connectivity issues on devices such as copiers and scanners. You will collect problem details via phone and email and work closely with sales, customers, and field technicians to resolve network problems.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in TCP/IP networking, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an associate's degree or equivalent experience; Network+ or A+ certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience working with TCP-IP networking.
Some computer knowledge with willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Associates degree preferred.
Knowledge of networking protocols (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, network analysis tools) preferred.
Network+ or A+ certifications a plus.
Experience providing technical support to users on Windows 10, macOS, and common applications preferred.

Responsibilities
