Qualifications

• 0-2 years of TCP/IP networking experience.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP) preferred.
• Network+ or A+ certifications a plus.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience providing technical support to users using Windows 10, macOS and other mainstream applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity issues with multi-functional devices (copiers/scanners).
• Communicate with customers via phone, email to gather information for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales reps, customers, and field technicians to resolve network-related problems.
• Contribute to a fun, growing department focused on excellent customer success.
