• 0–2 years of TCP/IP networking experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues

Responsibilities

• Use software to remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and diagnose network-related problems with copiers and scanners
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc. to gather information for troubleshooting
• Work closely with sales representatives, customers, and field technicians to resolve network related problems
• Be part of a dynamic department and culture focused on customer success
