Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via ticketing system and phone.
• Detect events using monitoring tools and respond promptly.
• Mitigate DDoS attacks to protect customer infrastructure.
• Document network events and resolutions in tracking systems.
• Escalate issues to higher-level engineers and coordinate with Incident Management.
