I'm hiring Tier 2 NOC Engineer’s to own advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and incident escalation across a globally distributed data center network.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll be the engineer who takes ownership of complex, escalated cases from Tier 1 and drives them to resolution personally.
You'll operate and troubleshoot routing and switching infrastructure directly, diagnosing Layer 1 through 3 issues across a large-scale production network, everything from patch panels and optics to cabling and transceiver-level transport problems.
When a major incident hits, you're initiating and driving the response, coordinating with data center facilities teams and engineering as needed, and communicating clearly with stakeholders under pressure.
Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you'll contribute to monitoring, automation, and process improvement, building dashboards and alerts, refining SOPs based on recurring issues, and supporting capacity planning and scaling work.
