Job summary

Detroit Engineered Products seeks a Network Analyst II to maintain and stabilize our local network, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution. You will be the go-to contact for end-user requests and break-fix recovery, working across SDWAN, LAN, WAPs, and UPS systems.

You will perform routine firmware updates, hardware replacements, and daily ServiceNow-driven tasks while auditing cable infrastructure and data closets for safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11+ years in IT/network roles.
• Experience with SD-WAN, switching, and wireless networks.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide O&M support for local network hardware (SDWAN, LAN switches, WAPs).
• Monitor UPS systems to ensure power redundancy and uptime.
• Perform firmware updates and hardware replacements as needed.
• Manage network cabling, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain data closets for cleanliness and airflow, and perform physical audits.
• Handle end-user requests and break-fix resolutions via ServiceNow.
• Execute VLAN assignments, port activations, and hardware deployments.
