Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Network Onboarding Specialist to oversee 1099 and W2 onboarding workflows and partner with the Network Onboarding Manager to streamline processes. This role supports provider onboarding, enrollment reporting, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day onboarding for 1099 and W2 workflows.
• Collaborate to develop and implement streamlined onboarding workflows in platforms (Fountain, Talkspace Admin).
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes and provider maintenance.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and report improvements; troubleshoot issues with stakeholders.
