Talkspace is seeking a Network Planning Analyst to forecast demand, analyze capacity, and translate analytics into staffing plans. The role focuses on recurring and ad hoc reporting, scenario analysis, and presenting insights to leadership.

The position is remote, aligned to Eastern Time, with HQ in NYC but candidates need not reside there. Collaboration with Operations and cross-functional teams is essential to balance staffing with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, business analytics, or a related analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
• Experience forecasting, capacity planning, staffing requirements, or demand analysis.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and developing scenarios or what-if models.
• Strong experience generating operational reports and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to independently investigate trends and business questions.
• Experience creating presentations and communicating analytical findings to business and leadership audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage both recurring deliverables and ad hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting for new and existing volume, incorporating historical performance and growth expectations.
• Identify trends impacting future demand, capacity, or resource needs.
• Generate staffing and capacity requirements by business segment.
• Compare forecasted and actual results to improve planning assumptions.
• Conduct capacity-to-volume and gap analyses to find excess capacity and constraints.
• Develop what-if scenarios to evaluate changes in volume, staffing, or productivity.
• Build reporting tools to improve visibility into volume, capacity, and performance.
• Monitor real-time queue performance and coordinate remediation actions.
