Talkspace is seeking a Network Strategic Operations Specialist in New York, NY (Remote from Eastern Time). You will own and execute strategic initiatives across the provider network, coordinating with Network Strategy, Operations, Clinical, Product, and Technology teams to improve performance and scalability.

Responsibilities include planning, implementation, risk management, and post-launch optimization, with a focus on efficiency and provider experience. Remote role from EST with HQ in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic Network initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch optimization.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans, processes, and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and drive stakeholders toward key decisions, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop recommendations and solutions.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch evaluation to ensure outcomes.
• Provide updates on risks and outcomes to leadership.
