Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Credentialing Associate for a remote role aligned with Eastern Time, with the Talkspace HQ in NYC. The position focuses on credentialing, recredentialing, licensing, and audits, supporting a growing network of clinicians and care providers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a communicative role, a related bachelor’s degree preferred, and familiarity with credentialing processes and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of professional work experience in a highly communicativerole required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and/or of similar applications.
• Credentialing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily credentialing functions, such as processing completed provider files, and inputting provider approval dates.
• Management of all provider Fountain credentialing processes.
• Coordinate with the Credentialing Verification Organization to ensure timely completion, downloading, and uploading of files as well as updating the system to reflect decisions.
• Correspond with providers for missing data elements such as NPI numbers and/or CAQH profile information.
