Talkspace, a leading online therapy company, is hiring a Network Onboarding Specialist to support day-to-day onboarding for 1099 and W2 providers. This role collaborates with the Network Onboarding Manager to streamline workflows across Fountain and Talkspace Admin/product, ensuring smooth contracting and provider maintenance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This remote position follows Eastern Time, with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day onboarding workflows for both 1099 and W2.
• Collaborate with Network Onboarding Manager to develop streamlined onboarding workflows in Fountain and Talkspace Admin/product.
• Ensure efficient onboarding processes and provider maintenance processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs; propose improvements; participate in recurring meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
