Job summary

Talkspace is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join the Credentialing (Clinical Quality Operations) team. You will execute and support daily credentialing operations, collaborate with the Credentialing Manager, prepare for the Credentialing Committee, and report on KPIs.

This is a remote role, 9a-6p local time, Monday–Friday, with Talkspace HQ in NYC but no residency requirement. Responsibilities include credentialing, recredentialing, audits, licensing, and client relations

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional work experience in a highly communicative role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft or like applications
• Proficiency with G-Suite or like applications
• Credentialing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing: perform daily credentialing functions and ensure data accuracy, communicate with Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and providers.
• Recredentialing: monitor CAQH status, coordinate with CVO, manage Fountain data, QA checks on documents.
• Auditing: assist with internal and external audits and provide data for audits on request.
• Licensing: review license data, outreach for renewals to retain providers in state directories.
• Relations Management: maintain relationships with Enterprise clients under the delegated credentialing agreement.
