Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the general nephrology channel. You will work with TAMs, Liaisons, and SAMs to expand CareDx footprint, educate clinicians, and develop growth strategies while managing a regional sales pipeline.

The role requires a science-based degree and healthcare sales experience, with up to 75% travel. Remote US roles are available with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years sales or account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling to physician-owned practices and hospitals.
• Clinical or sales experience in Transplant/Nephrology preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Educate nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx services.
• Identify stakeholders and build lasting relationships across accounts.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Ops teams.
