Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the nephrology community.

You will collaborate with the Transplant Account Manager, Clinical Liaisons, and Solutions Account Manager to grow existing users and win new business in non-user accounts. The role requires 2+ years of healthcare sales or account management experience, a science-based bachelor’s degree, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% within your region.

Qualifications

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals, navigating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Educate customers on AlloSure testing and CareDx Pharmacy services with clinical knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations.
