Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the general nephrology channel. You will collaborate closely with the Transplant Account Manager, Clinical Liaisons, and Solutions Account Manager to grow our current user base and win new business.

The role requires clinical aptitude, strategic account management and strong communication skills, with up to 75% travel and a patient-centric approach to delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals.
• Clinical or sales experience in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%+ in the region.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and executing account plans to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Educate customers with clinical and product knowledge on AlloSure and related services.
• Build strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams.
• Align market opportunities with CareDx products and services.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs to maximize outcomes.
• Apply selling skills to meet customer needs while staying compliant.
