Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the nephrology channel. The role partners with TAMs and SAMs to expand CareDx footprint among current and new accounts, requiring strong sales acumen and clinical understanding of transplant diagnostics.

The CAM will manage strategic plans, educate clinicians, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve commercial goals, with travel up to 75%+ across the region. US-based remote roles available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in biology/chemistry or related science field.
• Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals with multiple stakeholders.
• Clinical or sales experience in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing effective account strategies and exceeding quotas.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with common tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% or more within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and sales targets.
• Educate community nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx services with clinical context.
• Identify key stakeholders and build ongoing relationships; solicit feedback on needs and features.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline; prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to address customer needs.
