Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented negotiator to join our remote claims team within auto and property spaces. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims from a remote setting.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and customer-focused communication as you review CCC estimates, settle charges, and support a fast-growing startup culture with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
