Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role across the United States. You will work with repair shops and partners to negotiate rates and settled charges, handling claims efficiently from a remote environment.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with auto insurance and CCC estimates is a plus, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
