Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards accurately.
• Communicate professionally via email and phone with clients.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
