Command Cyber Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director of Navy Strategic Growth & Partnerships to lead market development, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives across the Department of the Navy, focusing on NAVWAR and NIWC Atlantic. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading Navy/DoD business development, program management, acquisition, or strategic customer engagement.
• Knowledge of OTA, SBIR/STTR, and technology transition mechanisms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy market development and customer engagement across NAVWAR and NIWC Atlantic.
• Identify opportunities via OTA, SBIR, CSOs, and other nontraditional pathways.
• Develop partnerships with technology innovators, research organizations, and nontraditional defense contractors.
• Provide market intelligence, pipeline forecasts, and strategic investment recommendations.
