Job summary

FTI Defense - Frontier Technology Inc. seeks a Navy Growth Lead to identify Navy mission challenges and shape solutions that translate into contract opportunities and scaled adoption.

You will build trusted relationships across fleet operations, sustainment, logistics, maintenance, acquisition, cyber, and information warfare, aligning capabilities with mission needs. You will collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and internal teams to move opportunities from early engagement through capture

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Top Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of Navy/DoD operational, sustainment, acquisition, mission-support, or modernization experience.
• Understanding of Navy missions, fleet and shore environments, sustainment, logistics, maintenance, acquisition pathways, and mission priorities.
• Experience building pipeline from early engagement to contract award.
• Proven ability to develop trusted relationships across Navy ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive Navy market growth by developing and executing account strategies.
• Identify current and future Navy mission problems and shape solutions.
• Cultivate value propositions around integrated solutions and partnerships.
• Engage stakeholders across Navy communities to align platforms with operational needs.
• Execute mission-focused solution sales from engagement to early adoption programs.
• Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities across SBIR/STTR, OTAs, CSOs, IDIQs, and other vehicles.
• Build trusted relationships across Navy commands and mission-support organizations.
• Coordinate with technology, capture, and proposal teams to shape opportunities.
• Drive expansion after initial wins by scaling adoption across commands and programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders, understanding mission execution challenges and modernization priorities.
