Code Metal, Inc. is seeking a strategic Growth leader to drive Navy GTM initiatives and oversee end-to-end capture, contract execution, and congressional briefings. You will partner with executives to shape opportunities and navigate the DoD landscape with dual-use technology.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA a plus.

• Define, lead, and execute the GTM strategy for Navy engagements.
• Maintain and further build relationships across the service.
• Shape and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Contribute to congressional engagements with accurate information on Code Metal's execution and potential contribution to national security.
• Anticipate and monitor policy, budget, and acquisition shifts creating new opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align Code Metal’s product with government needs.
