Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Growth Director to drive Navy C5ISR opportunities, shaping, qualifying, and capturing a robust pipeline to meet growth objectives. You will influence strategic pursuits, develop winning strategies, and lead proposals with Program Managers and SMEs to deliver differentiated, compliant bids.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Naval C5ISR systems and Navy Training community.
• Experience with OTAs, CSOs and alternative fast acquisitions.
• Proficient in capture management based on industry best practices.
• Ability to develop winning strategies, competitive assessments, and price-to-win insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, shaping, capture, and proposal development.
• Build relationships with PAE and NAVWAR leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Drive pipeline health and disciplined capture execution to deliver compliant bids.
• Translate requirements into robust win strategies and differentiated bid elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to sustain operational excellence.
