Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to oversee a book of national rental accounts across West and Central regions. This 100% sales role focuses on retention, growth, and profitability, with travel required and remote work options.

You will manage ~100 key accounts, increase wallet share, and lead strategic plans and meetings with senior stakeholders to drive revenue in a fast-paced transportation & logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience in rental industry or RAM/BDM roles preferred.
• Ability to travel 60–75%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Develops sales and communication plans for each account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds relationships at all levels of the organization.
